จริยธรรมทางธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงาน ของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดมุกดาหารเกี่ยวกับจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อเปรียบเทียบจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบการที่มีประเภทของกิจการ ทุนในการดำเนินงาน ระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน และรายได้ต่อปีแตกต่างกัน และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำนวน 132 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ F-test การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดมุกดาหารมีความคิดเห็นด้วยเกี่ยวกับการมีจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2) ผู้ประกอบการที่มีประเภทกิจการและระยะเวลาการดำเนินงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการมีจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงานไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ผู้ประกอบการที่มีทุนในการดำเนินงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการมีจริยธรรมทางธุรกิจแตกต่างกัน 4) ผู้ประกอบการที่มีทุนในการดำเนินงานและรายได้ต่อปีแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นด้วยกับการมีผลการดำเนินงานแตกต่างกัน 5) จริยธรรมทางธุรกิจด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ด้านการเคารพสิทธิของบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อผลการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร

Business Ethics and Performance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Makdahan Province.

The aim of the research on the Relationship between Business Ethics and Performance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Mukdahan Province is to compare the opinions on different initial registered capitals, different durations of operation ,different types of business and different revenues per year. Data collection was done through questionnaires responded by 132 entrepreneurs of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Mukdahan Province. Statistics employed for analyses of the data included F-test (ANOVA and MANOVA), multiple correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.

The results of the study revealed that the entrepreneurs of Small and Mediumsized Enterprises in Mukdahan Province agreed with having Business Ethics and Performance at a high level. The entrepreneurs of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Mukdahan Province different durations of operation and different types of business do not have different opinions on Business Ethics and Performance.
