Operation on the role of village committees in NaWang District of Nong Bua Lamphu Province.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study operation on the role of village committees in Nawang District of Nongbua Lamphu Province 2) to compare the operation on the role of village committees by divinding on gender, age and educational level and 3) to study the guidelines on operation by the role of village committee in Nawang District of Nongbua Lamphu Province. The research is survey research  samples were 386 persons of Simple Random Sampling. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. (Questionnaire) Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing using t-test (Independent Sample) and F-test (One Way ANOVA) statistics. The results of findings were as follows : 1) Performing duties according to the role of the village committee in Na Wang District Nong Bua Lamphu Province Overall, the average is at a high level (=3.84,S.D.=0.610) when considering each aspect. The aspect with the highest average was found to be education, religion and culture (= 4.03, S.D.= 0.863), followed by governance and maintaining peace and order (= 3.92, S.D.= 0.612) and development plan. village and society, environment, and public health (= 3.86,S.D.= 0.685), while the aspect with the least average value is economic promotion (= 3.74,S.D.= 0.778). 2) Results of comparing the performance of duties according to the role of village committees in Na Wang District. Nong Bua Lamphu Province found that gender and other aspects were not different.The sample group aged 30-50 years was different from the group aged 50 years and over. In other aspects, there was no difference. Education below bachelor's degree and maintaining peace and order Village development plans, economic promotion, social, environmental, and public health are not significantly different from bachelor's degree studies at the .05 level. 3) The guidelines on promotion of operation for the role of village committees were as follows: Relevant agencies should provide training and development for personnel. Advice on compliance with laws and regulations and regulations for creating a village development plan with people participating in proposing and exchanging opinions, providing funds to support occupations within the village, and processing them to the international market. and encourage the establishment of clubs for the conservation of local wisdom.
