A study of local learning resources in Hua Hin district for learning management of social studies subject of Wang Klai Kang Won School Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King Prachuapkhirikhan province

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1)  To study of local learning resources in Hua Hin district for learning management of social studies subject of Wang Klai Kang Won School Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King Prachuapkhirikhan province 2) To study the Guideline for bringing local learning resources in Hua Hin district for learning management of social studies subject of Wang Klai Kang Won School Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King Prachuapkhirikhan province. It is qualitative research. The research tools ware In-depth Interview, opinions, documents, and research related to local learning sources in Hua Hin district. The informant ware president, vice president of academic Administration, all teacher from department of social studies religious and culture and the responsible for the school curriculum, Hua Hin knowleseble people and curriculum and social studies teacher proficient totally 25 person. Purposive Sampling method was use to analyze and synthesize data to obtain local learning resources in Hua Hin that can be used to manage social learning and ways to use local learning resources in Hua Hin to manage social studies. The research has found that 1. Local learning sources in Hua Hin District that can be used to manage the social studies of Wang Klai Kang Won School Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King are 1) learning sources related to wisdom in Hua Hin District 2) learning sources related to the History of Hua Hin District 3) Learning sources related to the way of living in Hua Hin District 4) Learning sources related to social and economic conditions in Hua Hin District 5) Learning sources related to traditional culture in Hua Hin District 6) Learning sources related to geography in Hua Hin District 2. The guidelines for using local learning sources in Hua Hin District to manage social studies of Wang Klai Kang Won School Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King include: The following 2 guidelines.The following are 1) Provide additional curriculums that integrate local learning sources in Hua Hin District 2) Integrate the social studies content of each class by providing local knowledge to educate students and conduct activities related to local learning in Hua Hin District using the active learning and actual practice.
