Introduction
According to the advancement of computers and modern technology, continuous development has occurred without limit. However, in line with the journal's objectives, which are to promote and support teachers, scholars, students, and interested personnel in publishing their academic works, the journal must serve as a platform for the dissemination of high-quality scholarly output. Therefore, the journal hereby announces its artificial intelligence policy for use in publication as follows:
Use of AI for Authors
- Authors are required to use AI solely as a tool to assist with research and should not consider it the primary author or a co-author of the article. This is to ensure the article maintains originality, value, academic benefits and integrity.
- Authors are responsible for the content, ensuring both its accuracy and completeness. Since AI is a tool and cannot be identified as the author or co-author, nor can it take responsibility for the original content, authors must ensure that AI-assisted content remains original to prevent plagiarism. The source and citations must be thoroughly and adequately referenced.
- Authors must disclose all relevant information, including the method of AI usage, in the writing of the article. This should be mentioned in the acknowledgements and methodology sections. If AI is used to create text, tables, or images, the prompt must be disclosed or mentioned in the methodology sections. If AI is involved in data analysis, it should be noted in the abstract and methodology sections.
- Authors may use AI for grammar checking and restructure sentences correctly.
Use of AI for Reviewers
- Reviewers must not upload the original manuscript or any part of the article to AI systems, as doing so may violate the confidentiality of the author and personal data rights.
- Reviewers should not use AI to analyze and summarize the review results.
- Reviewers may use AI for grammar checking and restructure sentences correctly.
Use of AI for Editors
- Editors must not upload the original manuscript or any part of the article to AI systems, as this may violate the confidentiality of the author and personal data rights, except for tools used to detect AI-generated content.
- Editors are required to have tools for detecting AI-generated content and any unusual image or text edits. These tools must be fully functional.
- Editors may use AI for grammar checking and restructure sentences correctly.
Decision on Articles Using AI
- The journal reserves the right to reject the publication of articles that use AI tools to generate all content.
- The journal reserves the right to reject articles that lack responsibility for the content and fail to fully disclose relevant information.
- Authors may appeal decisions regarding articles using AI, but they must provide clear and substantial evidence to support the appeal. The evidence should be presented to the editor and editorial board, and the decision can be changed if the evidence is clear and approved by the editorial board. However, the editorial board’s decision is final.
- For articles already published, if it is found that the article contradicts the AI usage policy, the journal reserves the right to retract the article, which will be noted on the journal's website.
