The Use of Forensic Evidences from Supreme Court Judgements to Determine Fault about Forgery and Conversion : Conflicts on Money and Documents

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study and collect criminal cases in the category of offenses related to money and documents that has used forensic evidences in the trial. To analyze cases that the Supreme Court has finally adjudged and succeeded in applying forensic science knowledges to prove the facts of the cases and can bring the offenders to be punished according to the law. To study the guidelines of the Supreme Court in order to analyze and weigh the credibility of forensic evidences used in each crime case that related to money and documents. The results of this research revealed that we can divided into two cases as follows case one the Supreme Court did not explain the results of the forensic investigations in these judgments. Because the Supreme Court considers the results of original examinations that the accusers brought into the court hearings. Then concluded that the money in that dispute was markedly different from the real money or the documents in that dispute showed obvious signs of amendment and considering them with naked eyes can prove all facts. And case two the Supreme Court clearly explained all results of the forensic investigations in these judgments. It showed that the litigants use forensic methods to prove the facts beyond doubt and can bring the offenders to the precise judgement.
