Study on Cultural Capita of Phrae Province to Promote of Value-Added Creation of Cultural Products

Abstract
This article studies the cultural capital of Phrae Province. It contributes to the study of local identity through cultural genetics (Cultural DNA) creating criteria to rank ready-to-use databases and additional value to local products. The objectives are as follows: 1) Study the form of cultural capital of Phrae Province. 2) Evaluate the form of cultural capital of Phrae Province. 3) Propose guidelines for adding value to cultural products in Phrae Province. The study area includes the areas of Mueang District, Nong Muang Khai District, Long District, Rong Kwang District, Sung Men District, Den Chai District, and Wang Chin District using survey methods and creating criteria to evaluate urban community enterprise groups. In Phrae Province, there are 38 groups of 236 products, only in Mueang District found 8 enterprise groups out of 131 products, all based on lists of registered enterprises, surveys, and new entrepreneurs.
The results of the research according to the objectives are 1) this research has created a tool to measure and expand with the evaluation of DNA genetic culture (OEM/ODM/OBM x S/M/L) at 3 levels (DNA1-2-3) for development, it found that Phrae's DNA is wood, cloth, and handicrafts. 2) This research evaluated registered enterprises. It was found that handicrafts and wood product received the highest overall score and cloth product received the lower score. 3) Propose to develop products from the 3 highest potential scores (DNA1-2-3), including the fabric group (DNA 2), which is to encourage the creation of its own brand under the cultural capital of Phrae Province. The handicraft group and the wood product group (DNA3) have the highest potential. It has created its own brand and should add more uniqueness to the digital platform market.
