Fabric Pattern Creation Continue the Development of Evening Dresses with Lifestyle and Culture Somdet District, Kalasin Province

Abstract
Creative fabric patterns continue to develop evening dresses with lifestyle and culture of Somdet district, Kalasin province. The objective of this case study was studying the wisdom culture related to silk ikat weaving of the weavers in Somdet district, Kalasin province. This case study design a silk ikat pattern for a group of weavers in Somdet district, Kalasin province and develop product styles and evening dress that connect to lifestyles, culture and traditions of the Somdet district, Kalasin province. The case study found that a study of cultural knowledge related to silk ikat weaving of the weavers of Somdet district, Kalasin province arose from the inspiration of environmental observation and the nature around that conveys the identity of the community to connect lifestyles combined with the culture. The tradition of that community has designed a silk ikat pattern for the weavers in Somdet district, Kalasin province by bringing inspiration of environmental observation and the nature around that in addition to the inspiration of Dok An Aa, Tung and fish tail has found inspiration from Baisi. The identity of the community in Somdet district, Kalasin province connects to lifestyles combined with the culture community and traditions come as a guideline for silk ikat pattern design to convey development and design product styles, evening dress connect to lifestyles, culture and traditions of Somdet district, Kalasin province. The case study use the uniqueness of the Phu Tai Kalasin dance combine the traditional dress of women in Somdet district, Kalasin province to create a contemporary preserve the value of silk ikat that a group of weavers has joined forces to create the fabric that used to convey the development and design of evening dresses reflect to the product development of the prototype evening dress to create added value. There are patterns and applications of the silk ikat pattern and a beautiful evening dress attractive able to bring silk ikat which is the traditional local wisdom, to create evening dress which is a new product and can also help add economic value to community products and reflect the uniqueness that is unique to the localization of Somdej district, Kalasin province clearly.
