System Development for Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement of Division of Planning Mahasarakham University

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the problem and need assessment of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University; 2) to develop Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University; 3) to evaluate the efficiency of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University; 4) to evaluation the satisfaction of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University. The 24 population were managers, personnel and officers in the Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University. The research instruments included: 1) Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University; 2) questionnaires to ask about the problem and needs assessment of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University; 3) evaluate form for evaluating the quality of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University; 4) evaluate form for evaluating the efficiency of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University; 5) questionnaires to ask about the satisfaction of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University. The collected data were analyzed using a percentage, a mean, a standard deviation.
The Result of this research as follows: 1. The result of a problem and needs assessment survey of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University found that managers, personnel and officers were in a high level at all aspects were: Financial operations, Contact, and coordination, Public relations information, Public relations, information. 2. The result of evaluating the quality of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University by experts found that aspect of financial expert in highest level, the aspect information system and the computer has a quality in high level and the aspect Educational Technology and Communications has a quality in high level. 3. The result of evaluating the efficiency of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in the Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University by users found efficiency in the highest level. 4. The result of satisfaction evaluation of Monitoring Borrowing Refund Disbursement system in the Division of Planning, Mahasarakham University found mangers, personnel, and officers have a satisfaction highest level.
