Developing a Web-Based Instruction of Information and Communication Technology Course for Grade 12

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) Developing a Web-Based Instruction of Information and CommunicationTechnology course for Grade 12., withthe efficiency valueof 80/80, 2) toevalu- ate the quality of the Web-Based instruction, 3) to compare the academic achievement before and after the learning, 4) to study the effectiveness index learning, 5 to study the students’ satisfaction. The sample were 40 Grade 12 room1 students at Kalasinpittayasan School, Kalasin. The research in- struments were Web-Based instruction, an achievement test, an evaluation form of the lesson and assessment form of the satisfaction of learning. The research statistics used were mean, standard deviation, percentage and t-test (Dependent Sample)
Results of the research were as follows:
1. Web-based instruction developed by author be efficient higher than criteria (82.75/81.13)
2. Web-based instruction developed by author was at the high level ( = 4.05, S.D. = 0.54)
3. The academic achievement after learning ( = 16.23 , S.D. = 2.08) higher than before lean- ing (
= 9.20 , S.D. = 1.45) was significantly at the .05 level
4. The effectiveness index of lesson was 0.6504 (E.I. = 0.6504)
5. The students’ overall satisfaction with the learning was at the high level. ( = 4.00 , S.D. = 0.83)
