Abstract
This research and development aims to: 1) Learning Activities Using the city as a base To promote the ability to manage the environment. 2) To develop the learning activities model. Using the city as a base To promote the ability of environmental management of primary school students. 3) To study the model of community based learning activities as a base to promote the ability of environmental managementofPrimary 4 students. 3.1)Tocomparethelearning achievement before and After school With the theme of learning activities. Using the city as a base 3.2) To compare the abilityof environmental management before and after withthe modelof community-based learning activities.
