A Model of Teacher Development in the Formulation of a Local Curriculum for Vocational Skills Promotion by Taking Part in Join the Villagers’ Philosopher Schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to 1) study the context, problems, needs, and guide- lines for teacher development in local curriculum development to promote vocational skills through the participation of local people. 2) to create and examine the model of teacher de- velopment in the development of local curriculum to promote vocational skills through the participation of local people. 3) To test the teacher development model in the development of local curriculum to promote vocational skills through the participation of local people. and 4) to evaluate the model of teacher development in the preparation of local curriculum to
promote vocational skills throughthe participationof local people. Schoolsunder the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization The sample consisted of 20 teachers, all of whom were adults. The sample was 85 students and was selected by purposive sampling. The data collection instruments were 1) semi-structured interviews 2) Forms of data recording 3) Synthesis of documents 4) Examination of the quality of forms 5) Questionnaires The process of collecting data with the steps of research. The research found that
1. A studyof contexts, problems,needs, and guidelines for teacher development in the development of local curriculums to promote vocational skills through the participation of villAGers. It was found that theschoolsunder the NakhonRatchasimaProvincial Administration Organization had problems and needs in the preparation of the local curriculum. Very high
2. The results of this study were to establish and validate the model of teacher devel- opment in the development of local curriculum in order to promote vocational skills through theinvolvementof local people.Schools in NakhonRatchasima province consist of 5elements:1) Local curriculum development; 2) Occupational skills; 3) Participation; 4) Wisdom and Sage practice; and 5) The participants in the local curriculum were: Teachers and peers The local curriculum to promote vocational skills. 1) organic rice, 2) jujube rice, 3) delicate silk, 4) dainty silk, 5) pleated fabric, and 6) beautiful eyes.
3. The results of using the local curriculum to promote vocational skills through the participation of local people. The results showed that 84.7% of the students had good aca- demic achievement.4. The results of the evaluation of the satisfaction of the local curriculum pilot to promote professional skills. By the participation of the villagers at the highest level. The results of the evalu- ationof the feasibilityof the model are veryhigh. The resultsof the evaluationof the benefitsof the model are at the highest level.
