Developing Moral and Ethical in Khongmuang Phitthayakhom Project Evaluation.

Abstract
Developing moral and ethical in Khongmuang Phitthayakhom project Evaluation was the evaluation research. The purposes of research were : 1) To evaluate the context was corresponding during the purposes with the policy and necessity of school. 2) To evaluate the basic factor in suitability and sufficiency of activities. 3) To evaluate the efficiency of process with cooperative in staff and the stakeholders. 4) To evaluate the achievement in behavior on moral and ethical of students and the satisfaction of the personnel community to developing moral and ethical in Khongmuang Phitthayakhom project evaluation. Resources as follow: 1) A director was studied with total population. 2) Twenty teachers was studied with total population.3) Fifteen boards of school was studied withtotal population.4) Onehundred eighty-six students.5) Onehundred eighty-six student’s parents. The parents and students was from stratified random sampling. The instruments was the questionnaires that had 1-5 Likert’s scale follow were 1) the questionnaires corresponding during the purposes with the policy of school.2) The basic factor questionnaires in suitability and sufficiency. 3)The
questionnaires asked for the process of project with cooperative of staff and stakeholders.4) The achievement in behavior on moral and ethical of students 5) The satisfaction’s questionnaires of
personnel incommunityto developing moraland ethical projectand therecorded data.Thestatistics employed for data analysis were the percentages, mean and standard deviation.
Result of research were as follow:
1) Theevaluationthecontextof developing moraland ethical inKhongmuang Phitthayakhom project evaluation follow as the opinions of the director, teachers and the board had opinion that be at high level and got the evaluation criteria.
2) The evaluation basic factors in suitability and sufficiency of lecturers, the budget, period of time, places, materials, skill and knowledge of staff. The support of administration of school, parents and personnel in the community, each activities showed that the suitability and sufficiency was found to be at high level and got the evaluation criteria.
3) The process evaluation for developing moral and ethical in Khongmuang Phitthayakhom project evaluation as follow director’s opinions, teacher and the board asked for the cooperative of staff and stakeholders, the character and responsibilities, process, the strengths, the weakness, the supervise with monitoring and the solving of process in each subproject was found to be at high level every activities and got the evaluation criteria.
4) The achievement evaluation of project
4.1) The behaviorof moral and ethical instudents was found to be athighlevel and got the evaluation criteria. The exception was the honesty in fair, didn’t pass the evaluation.
4.2) The satisfaction’s questionnaires of director, teachers, the board of school, students and the parents with developing moral and ethical inKhongmuang Phitthayakhom project was found to be at high level.
