Abstract

In this study, the development of 3 P technique learning management by using skill training to promote English writing skills Foreign language learning strand Mathayom 2, with the objectives 1) to develop the learning management of 3 P techniques using the skill training to promote English writing skills Foreign language learning strand Grade 2 for efficiency according to criteria 80/80 2) To compare the ability to write English before and after learning management 3) 3) tofind the effectiveness index 4) to study the students’ satisfaction with the learning management of 3 P techniques by using the skill training to promote English writing skills Foreign language learning strand Mattayom 2, thesampleused inthestudy Is a Mattayom 2/1 student at Muang Yang Sueksa Schoolunder Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization In the second semesterof academic year 2016, 32 people. Educational tools, including 14 learning plans, 6 learning management skills, English writing test Before and after learning management And student satisfaction questionnaires With the learning  management of 3 P techniques using skill training to promote English writing skills Foreign language learning strand Mathayom 2, statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation And t-test statistics.


The results that


1.Theresultsof learning management techniques3P byusingskills training toenhance English writing skills Foreign language learning strand Mathayom 2 is more efficient than the required criteria 87.73 / 86.66


2. The effectiveness index of the 3 P Technique Learning Management using skill training to promote English writing skills Foreign language learning strand Mathayom 2 higher 0.7443, representing 74.43 percent, which means that studentshave the ability to write after school, increasing by 74.43 percent.


3. The comparison of English writing ability of mathayom 2 students after studying was significantly higher than before learning at .05, which was in accordance with the hypothesis set.


4.Theresultsof theassessmentof student satisfactiontowards thelearning management of 3 P techniques by using the skill training to promote English writing skills Foreign language learning strand Mathayom 2, overall, is at a high level. The average value is 4.37. The standard deviation is 0.53. Such values are in accordance with the acceptable level of satisfaction that the 3P technique learning management by using the skill training model to promote English writing skills.
Foreign language learning strand Mattayom 2 makes students satisfied.
