Abstract

Researchstudyon DEDEEtechnique, inquiry method integrated intolocal wisdom for promoting primary 3 students’ analytical thinking skill in strand 3 matters and properties of matters, is the research and development aiming to study current situation, requirements, learning process and evaluatethe DEDEEtechnique whichis aninquiry method integrated intolocal wisdom for promoting primary 3 students’ analytical thinking skill in strand 3: (matters and properties of matters) at Warin Wicha Chart Municipal School in second semester academic year 2017. 34 samples are from cluster random sampling. Document analyzing form, questionnaire and interview are used in data gathering. Statistics used in this study are descriptive statistics (percentage) and content analysis. Dependent samples t-test is used to compare students’ analytical thinking skills. Due to current teaching problem, analytical thinking skill promoting technique is important and needed. Students prefer Science group work to individual work. The teaching technique consists of 1) learning principles 2) learning objectives 3) learning process and 4) learning evaluation. Results of the research study on DEDEE technique, inquiry method integrated into local wisdom for promoting primary3students’ analytical thinking skill instrand 3: mattersand propertiesof matters showed that post analytical thinking mean and posttest arithmetic mean are statistically significantly higher than pre-analytical thinking meanand pretest arithmetic mean(p<0.5).Thesatisfactionof students toward
