A Study of Lecturers Responsible for the Program, Students, And Lecturers In Bachelor of Education Program in Educational Technology and Computer Teaching (B.E. 2559), Faculty of Education Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University

Abstract
The purpose of this research aimed to study of lecturers responsible for the program, students, and lecturers in the Bachelor of Education Program in Educational Technology and Computer Teaching (B.E. 2559), Faculty of Education Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University. There were 67 participants consisted of lecturers responsible for the program, students, and lecturers. The evaluation of framework based on CIPP model as four aspects comprised of Program context, Basic factors, Program process and lecturer’s development and management. The instruments used included the questionnaire, the observation form, and interview record.
The research data was analyzed by frequency percentage average and standard deviation.
The findings revealed that context component: obviously program objective was at best level, basic factor: should develop academic rank of lecturers responsible for the program, process factor: all of program administration, learning management, and learning evaluation were appropriate, product factor: users of graduate wanted graduates to have ability to be grateful, sufficient, considerateness, generous, submissiveness, leadership, and social responsibility.
