Development, Efficiency and Effectiveness of Innovation for Self-learning Model.

Abstract

The innovation in education means new ideas, methods, concepts, processes, techniques,guidelines, new products, work pieces, resulting from the application of knowledge, creativity in order to change or improve and develop the work systematically that affects the efficiency and effectiveness of the education management, product innovation, focusing on helping individual learner create its own learning system with a specific development model to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning of the learner by itself of which the data on the efficiency of product innovation shown in the hierarchy of development and performance testing for 3 levels : Testing the application with an individual learner (1:1), Testing the application with a small group of learners (1:10) and Testing the application with the learner in real condition or field testing (1:100) and the effectiveness index of product innovation shown by the progress or success index of learning means that the learning from such an innovation make the student receive how much the progress score in additional percentages.
