The tools used in this research are:1)The Web-based Instruction blended learning of using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for Mathayomsuksa 1st Student. 2) Plan. Unit 4: The Web-based Instruction blended  learning of using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for Mathayomsuksa 1st Student. 3) Test achievement of teaching and learning, blended with the Web-based Instruction blended learning of  using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for   Mathayomsuksa 1st    Student. 4)   Quality assess-ment. However this the Web-based Instruction blended learning of   using data analysis software Mi-crosoft Excel 2010 for    Mathayomsuksa 1st    Student. 5)   Satisfaction of   the students towards learning. The Web-based Instruction blended learning of   using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for Mathayomsuksa 1st Student of   this study was to   use basic statistics used to.    Data analyses were percentage, average, and standard deviation. The statistics used to   determine the quality of   the tools are accurate (IOC) and statistical assumptions used in   experimental research include t-testa Dependent. The sample group of   this research is   a  group of   35    students from Mathayomsuksa 1/1, se-mester 2,   academic year 2017, Banphai School, by    cluster random sampling. After researching of   the Web-based Instruction blended learning of   using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for Mathayomsuksa 1st Student these following are the results.1) The Web-based Instruction blended learning of   using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for    Mathayomsuksa 1st Student which developed by    the researcher has efficiency for 86.45/83.57 which meets the determined.2) The effectiveness index Web-based Instruction blended learning of   using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for    Mathayomsuksa 1st    Student which developed by    the researcher is 0.3081. Show that the students are learning advances increased 30.81 percent.3) After being instructed using the Web-based Instruction blended learning of   using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for    Mathayomsuksa 1st    Student the sample group of   research significantly increased their average achievement score with statistical significance at level .05.4) The sample group of   research is  satisfied with the Web-based Instruction blended learning of using data analysis software Microsoft Excel 2010 for Mathayomsuksa 1st Student in the overall (gif.latex?\bar{x}=  4.78) and in   each topic (gif.latex?\bar{x}  =  4.69, 4.74 and 4.72)  which in   the highest level, and when consider in   each topic the study shows that the highest average value topic for  content is   the content on website is  interesting and suitable with the age of   learner  (gif.latex?\bar{x} =  4.86), the highest average value topic  for   learning and teaching is  activity and exercise can improve computer science learning skills (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.86) and the highest average value topic for  media and design is   the displayed colors and pictures in website are appropriate and the website overview is appropriate (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.83)
