The Results of Using Science Activity Packages Integrated in Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy on Plant life of PrathomSuksa 4th.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: 1) create a set of science activities packages with integrated the philosophy of sufficiency economy on plant life. 2) compare the learning achievement of the students taught using the science learning package, integrating the philosophical principles of Sufficiency Economy on Plant Life 3) study the satisfaction of Prathomsuksa 4th students towards learning by using the science activities packages integrated with philosophy of sufficiency economy on Plant life.The resaerch sample of this study were the 27 students of PrathomSuksa 4/4 of the Wat Upanantharam Municipality School in the first semester of academic year 2016 by cluster random sampling. The instruments used in the study consisted of 1) A set of science activities packages integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy.  2) Learning Management Plan a set of science activities packages integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy has the average quality was at the highest level(mean 4.70). 3)The achievement test a set of science activities packages integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy on plant life the thedifficulty (p) ranged from 0.24 to 0.70 and the reliability of the achievement test was 0.84 and 4). Student Satisfaction Questionnaire based on using the science activities packages integrated with the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy is a 5-level rating scale, an average value of 1.00


The research found that;


1.The efficiency of science activities packages integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy on plant life was 83.24/83.46 , which was higher than the 80/80 criterion.


2.The learning achievement from the pre-test and post-test of the students showed that the mean of the pre-class achievement scores was 19.78. The mean scores were 25.04 and the difference between the pre-test After the test, the t-test score of 17.01 indicated that the post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores at the .05 level


3. The Students' Satisfaction with Learning Management by Using science activities packages, Integrated Science Sufficiency Economy Philosophy on Plant Life, students were satisfied with learning by using science activities packages at the highest satisfaction level. The mean was 4.75 and the standard deviation was 0.53
