The Municipality of Suansuan School, consisting of 1 classroom, is a Primary 4/3, with purposive sampling. The tools used in the research are (1 ) Learning Management Plan for Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Group, Primary 4, Subject to Citizenship by Using Cooperative Teaching Method (Learning Together: LT) (2)  achievement test, and (3) satisfaction rating. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean (S.D), standard deviation (SD.) and hypothesis testing using t-test (Pair).
The results of the study of learning management and the satisfaction of students in Primary 4, about the prototype by using cooperative methods Learning Together: LT found that

1. Learning management results Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Group, Grade 4, Subject to Citizenship By using Learning Together: LT with the efficiency value of 82.93 / 82.37 which is higher than the set criteria and the effectiveness index is 0.61

2. Achievement Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Group, Grade 4, Subject to Citizenship By Learning Together: LT after studying higher than before With statistical significance at  the level of .05

3 Students are satisfied with learning. By using a learning management plan Social Studies,
