Development of e-learning Lessons, Information and Communication Technology Courses For Mattayomsuksa 3 Students Yang Talat Wittayakhan School.

Abstract
This research aims to develop the effectiveness of e-Learning in Information and Communication Technology courses of Mathayomsuksa 3 for (1) efficiency according to criteria 80/80 (2) to find the effectiveness index of e-Learning lessons, (3) to compare learning achievement between before and after the use of e-Learning lessons (4) to study satisfaction of Mathayomsuksa-3 students for e-Learning lessons The sample group consisted of 30 students from Mathayomsuksa 3/1 who were derived from cluster random sampling inthe first semesterof academic year 2018 at Yang Talat Wittayakhan School. The used tools in this research consisted of (1) e-Learning lessons about information and communication technology for Mathayomsuksa 3 students, 3 units in 12 hours (2) a test for Information and Communication Technology course (3) assessment insurance for students’ satisfaction, rating scale. The used statistics for data analysis are percentage, average, standard deviation, and t-test (Independent Samples).
The research results are as follows.
1. e-Learning lessons which the researcher created has 80.17 / 87.22 .
2. The e-Learning effectively index is 0.7374or 73.74 percent, indicating that e-Learning influences on improvement of students’ learning progress in 73.74 percent.
3. The students’ learning achievement is higher after the use of e-Learning lessons. This is
statistical significance at the level of .01
4. The average score of students’ satisfaction is 4.53, and the standard deviation is 0.65. The
result is in the highest level.
