The Moral and Ethical of School Administrators of Islamic Private School in Nakhon Si Thammarat According to Teachers Opinion

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to studied and compared the moral and ethical of school administrators of Islamic Private School in Nakhon Si Thammarat according to teachers opinion. The sample consisted of 229 school administrators and teachers of Islamic Private School in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The research instruments are questionnaires. The statistical analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and one way ANOVA.
The results found that; 1) The overall of the moral and ethical of school administrators of Islamic Private School in Nakhon Si Thammarat according to teachers opinion are in high level, when considering in each aspect found that the honesty , responsibility and sacrifice are in the highest level, while the tolerances are in the lowest level. 2) The comparisons of the moral and ethical of school administrators of Islamic Private School classified by educational background and working experience found difference with statistical significant level at .01 and .05, and 3) The moral and ethical of school administrators of Islamic Private School according to teachers opinion are (1) honesty; school administrators should be concentrated on their duties and roles, (2) responsibility; school administrators should be concentrated on supportive and participation matters and (3) sacrifice; school administrators should be concentrated on tolerance and be smart in administration.
