Innovative learning process management by using recreational activities as a base for Leadership and Team in Organization.

Abstract

       This research paper aims to find innovations from recreational-based learning processes in the leadership and teamwork courses in business organizations. It is Qualitative Research. The main informant is 148 students’ business administration program in modern business management. Use the methods of organizing recreational activities in the classroom. The research instruments were recreational activities, questionnaire, interview and focus group. The data were analyzed by using statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research were as follows: 1) From the focus group, the students wanted to use the group recreation activities to manage in the classroom. 2) The highest satisfaction was leadership / team recreational skills 3) The highest frequency about the opinions and suggestions of recreational activity was another subjects to using these activities for students to participate and having fun with the instructor 4) Forms of recreational activities that occur in the courses.
