EFFECTS OF VIRTUAL FIELD TRIP UPON LEARNING ACHEIVEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS WITH DIFFERENT PERSONALITY

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to compare the learning achievement of the educational technologyundergraduate students between the introvert personality students and extrovert personality students in the virtual field trip learning environment. The sample group was 40 the undergraduate students in Educational Technology program, Faculty of Education, Burapha University, Thailand. The participants have registered the Learning Resources Utilization course (course ID 423213) in the first semester of the academic year 2015. The research instruments included the virtual field trip lessons, learning achievement test, and the Maudsley Personality Inventory (MPI). The data statistical analysis included descriptive statistics mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics One-way ANCOVA were applied. The results revealed that the learning achievement of the introvert personality students was statistically significant higher than the extrovertpersonality students at the .05 level of significance.
