Knowledge, Attitude and Working behavior affected on working Performance of Child care Centers employees in Songkhla Province

Abstract

Cognitive attitude and behavior toward quality assurance of Child care Centers employers in Songkhla Province.

            The purpose of this research were to study preschool teachers’ cognitive, attitude and behavior toward quality assurance in schools under Songkhla area. The sampling of the study consisted of 385 preschool teachers. An instrument used in gathering data was a gauge for measuring in the type of 5 level estimate. Statistics used to conduct the data were mean and One-Way Analysis of Variance. The results were stated as follow:

1. The preschool teachers’ cognitive toward quality assurance was at an average of score level at 7.39 and the standard deviation was at 1.17 out of ten. The teachers’ attitude and behavior toward quality assurance were at a very good level with average of score level at 3.76 and 3.79, the standard deviation were at 0.35 and 0.54 respectively.


2. The preschool teachers’ cognitive toward quality assurance in accordance with gender, age, education level, work experience and position were not significant difference.


3. The preschool teachers’ attitude toward quality assurance in accordance with gender, age, education level, and position were not significant difference, but there was significantly different in statistics at .01 level in term of work experience area.


4. The preschool teachers’ behavior toward quality assurance in accordance with gender, age, and education level were not significant difference, but there was statistically significant difference at .05 level in term of work experience and position.
