A Comparative Study Level of Spirituality for Student’s Teachers of OHEC’s Teachers for Community Development Project at Faculty of Education Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to compare the levels of the teacher's spirit of teacher students in the teachers for local development project at the Faculty of Education, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University according to years and aspects. The population was 298 teacher students in the teachers for local development project at the Faculty of Education, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University between 2015-2018. The sample was chosen using sampling, 40% from each stratum of all the population of each year, totaling 122 person. The research instrument was a form for measuring the teacher's spirit. The statistics for data analysis were means (M) and standard deviations (S). The statistic comparing the differences was the one-way anova.

The findings showed that the teacher's spirit of the teacher students in the teachers for local development project at the Faculty of Education, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University was at the highest level in all aspects with averages between 4,40-4.49. Third- year students got the highest mean (4,49), followed by second-year students, while fourth- and fifth-year students got the same average (4.40). The teacher's spirit relating to the ect of teacher's profession was the highest (4.76), followed by the avera (4.43). The average of the aspect about the learner was 4,42, and the levels of the teacher's spirit the aspect about the self was 4.28. The comparison of the according years and aspects showed no statistical difference.
