กลไกการขับเคลื่อนอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียนผู้นำ: กรอบแนวคิดสู่การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนากรอบแนวคิดเชิงระบบของกลไกอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียนผู้นำ และ (2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาอย่างแท้จริง โดยอาศัยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและการสังเคราะห์เชิงทฤษฎี ผลการสังเคราะห์ในประเด็นที่หนึ่ง นำไปสู่กรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการระบบ–วัฒนธรรม–ความแท้จริง (Systemic–Cultural–Authentic Framework) ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 มิติหลัก ได้แก่ มิติระบบ มิติวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน และมิติความแท้จริงของนักเรียน โดยทั้งสามมิติมีส่วนเกื้อหนุนซึ่งกันและกันและนำไปสู่ระดับผลลัพธ์ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ทั้งในระดับบุคคล ระหว่างบุคคล และโรงเรียนหรือชุมชน รวมถึงเสนอวงจรกลไกการขับเคลื่อนอัตลักษณ์ 5 ขั้นตอน ครอบคลุมการกำหนดอัตลักษณ์ การออกแบบระบบสนับสนุน การประเมินตามสภาพจริง การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง และการสร้างวัฒนธรรมภาวะผู้นำร่วม ผลการสังเคราะห์ในประเด็นที่สอง เสนอแนวทางพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำอย่างแท้จริงในสามระดับ คือ ระดับนโยบาย (กำหนดอัตลักษณ์และมาตรฐานการประเมินภาวะผู้นำที่ชัดเจน) ระดับโรงเรียนและการจัดการเรียนรู้ (สร้างวัฒนธรรมการมีส่วนร่วมและหน่วยการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้ประสบการณ์จริงและการสะท้อนคิดเป็นฐาน) และระดับนักเรียน (พัฒนาความตระหนักรู้ คุณธรรม และการกำกับตนเอง) กรอบแนวคิดและแนวทางดังกล่าวสามารถใช้เป็นประโยชน์เชิงปฏิบัติในการออกแบบนโยบาย การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้สอดคล้องกับสมรรถนะหลักแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ในบริบทการศึกษาไทย
