THE COMPARISON OF LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS ON FOREIGN LANGUAGE WORDS IN THAI OF MATHAYOMSUKSA 3 STUDENTS AT “PIBOONBUMPEN” DEMONSTRATION SCHOOL BURAPHA UNIVERSITY WITH A COOPERATIVE TEACHING METHOD WITH TGT TECHNIQUE AND NORMAL TEACHING

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to 1) compare learning achievements on foreign language words in Thai of Mathayomsuksa 3 students at “Piboonbumpen” Demonstration School. Burapha University 2) compare the learning achievements on foreign words in Thai of Mathayomsuksa 3 students using the cooperative teaching method with TGT technique both before and after learning. Learn 3) compare learning achievement in foreign language words in Thai with normal teaching methods both before and after class the sample in this research consisted of was Mathayomsuksa 3 students in "Piboonbumpen" Demonstration School. Burapha University, semester 1, academic year 2022, number 2 classes, students in M.3/1 Class room were selected as experimental groups and were taught by the cooperative teaching method with the TGT technique. 29 students in M.3/2 class room the control group and were taught by a normal teaching method.The results showed that 1) the learning achievement in foreign language words in Thai of students who were taught by the cooperative teaching method with the TGT technique was higher than the students who were taught normally with statistically significant at the .05 level.2) the learning achievement in foreign language words in Thai of students that were taught by a cooperative teaching method with  TGT was than higher before teaching with statistically significant at the .05 level. 3) the learning achievement in foreign language words in Thai of students that were taught normally was higher than before teaching with statistically significant at the .05 level.
