Subject: Policy Update on Article Submission for Publication in the Journal of Graduate Research

 

To enhance the academic quality of article contents, improve the management of the Journal of Graduate Research to meet international standards, and elevate the journal to higher indexing databases, the Editorial Board hereby announces the following policy updates regarding manuscript submissions:

  1. Peer Review Policy: Starting from Volume 18, Number 1 (January – June 2027), all manuscripts submitted for publication will be evaluated by two independent experts in relevant fields using a double-blind peer review process (where both the reviewers' and authors' identities are concealed). A third reviewer will be invited only if there is a discrepancy in the initial evaluations.
  2. Article Processing Charge (APC): Authors from both internal and external organizations will be required to pay an article processing charge of 4,500 THB per manuscript, effective from Volume 18, Number 1 (January – June 2027) onwards.
  3. Discontinuation of Print Version: The print version of the Journal of Graduate Research, ISSN 2229-2756 (Print), will be discontinued starting from Volume 17, Number 2 (July – December 2026) onwards. Only the online version, Journal of Graduate Research, ISSN 2651-1401 (Online), will remain active.
