แนวทางในการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ชุมชนบางน้ำผึ้ง อำเภอพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้ผลกระทบเชิงบวกและเชิงลบต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในชุมชนในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ชุมชนบางน้ำผึ้ง ตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง อำเภอพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ผลกระทบเชิงบวกและเชิงลบต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในชุมชนในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ชุมชนบางน้ำผึ้ง ตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง อำเภอพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนชุมชนบางน้ำผึ้ง ตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง อำเภอพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ใน ชุมชนบางน้ำผึ้ง เป็นจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 370 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเชิงปริมาณและแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่พัฒนาจากผลการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามเชิงปริมาณ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบหลายขั้นตอน ค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้ผลกระทบเชิงบวกและเชิงลบต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในชุมชนในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ผลกระทบเชิงบวกมีสามปัจจัยได้แก่ ด้านความผูกพันของชุมชน ด้านทัศนคติต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการพึ่งพาเศรษฐกิจทางการท่องเที่ยว สามารถทำนายการส่งผลต่อ การรับรู้ผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในชุมชนในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีค่า R2 อยู่ที่ 0.856 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ผลกระทบเชิงลบมีสามปัจจัยเหมือนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการรับรู้เชิงบวก สามารถทำนายการส่งผลต่อ การรับรู้ผลกระทบเชิงลบต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในชุมชนในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีค่า R2 อยู่ที่ 0.449 หลังจากนั้นได้นำข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณมาสังเคราะห์เป็นข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อยืนยันสมมติฐานและหาแนวทางพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมต่อไป ซึ่งผลที่ได้มีความสอดคล้องกับผลในเชิงปริมาณ และมีการแนะแนวทางในการกระตุ้นเยาวชนให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมเพื่อให้การมีส่วนร่วมมีความยั่งยืนต่อไปในชุมชนบางน้ำผึ้ง
