Abstract

The purposes of this research were to find the causal factors model of sustainable supply chain
performance and to present the strategies for developing the industry processing in Thailand. This research
was mixed methodology; quantitative and qualitative research. The population was Seafood manufactures
by choosing the sample consisted of 285 places. The collections data was questionnaires. Data analyses
used in this research were Structural Equations and Focus group by the 20 experts for data confirmation
and summarized the guidelines implementation consisted of the Logistics and Supply chain experts and
the Executive’s factory of Seafood manufactures. The results of the data analysis showed that. The most
important influencing variables are Internal driving force, next is external driving force outside the organization.
By passing sustainability management practices Which will have an impact on the sustainable supply chain
development of the processed seafood industry in Thailand, respectively Both in terms of social performance
Economic performance Environmental performance And institution / organization performance Consistent
with the quality analysis results The entrepreneurs can use the research results to use in the planning of
supply chain management correctly and appropriately. And able to use the factors studied to plan the
organization’s strategy
