Model of Effectiveness of The Credit Union Cooperative Management in Thailand

This research aims to study 1. the management of the cooperative credit union in Thailand
2. the factors that influence the effectiveness of the management of the cooperative credit union
in Thailand. 3. to present Model of effectiveness of the credit union cooperative management
in Thailand.This research both a qualitative and quantitative method was used the target group
includes the 4 firms of key informants management level of cooperative credit union and the
quantitative data were collected from 400 questionnaires from 17,335 cooperative members.
Statistics and data analysis were noted as the percentage, mean, standard division, Confirmatory
Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM). The results showed that the
respondent sprioritized to the effectiveness of the cooperative ( X = 3.80), followed by the
human resource management ( X = 3.76). 2. The factors of leadership, organizational culture,
knowledge management, human resource management and effectiveness of cooperative Influence
the effectiveness of the cooperative credit union to positive. 3. The value of the statistic that
measures the harmony of chi - square (χ2) = 129.53, df= 72 (p = 0.13), GFI = 0.99, RMSEA = 0.044
is considered the model was fit to empirical data.
The model of effectiveness of credit union management in Thailand consists of four
dimensions: Organizational Culture, Leadership, Human Resource Management and Knowledge
