Abstract

The research aims to 1) Study The Components and indicators of participation in academic roles of the basic school committee for Institutional affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area, Sakonnakorn 3  2) Study the current state, Problems of roles-based Participation of the basic school Committee Institution affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area Sakonnakorn  3. 3)  Development a role-playing approach of the basic school committee for Institution affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area Sakonnakorn  3. The sample group include basic school committee for Institutional affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area Sakonnakorn  3. amount 260, acquired by Stratified  random sampling by using rating scale for the questionnaire (rating scale) 5 levels. The tool used is questionnaire, Interview form, Evaluation form, statistics used, average and standard deviation


              The results are as follows.
                             1.  Components and indicators of guidelines for engaging in academic roles of basic school board include in 6 sides 56 indicators include 1) the development of the curriculum, There are 9  indicators. 2) the Atmosphere and Environment’s learning, There are 8  indicators. 3) the policy formulation and development guidelines for quality education, There are 9  indicators.  4)  the quality assurance within the institution, There are 8  indicators. 5)  the Educational Development Supervision, There are 12  indicators.  6) the use of Technology for education. There are 10  indicators.


  1. Current data analysis results of the participation in academic roles of the basic school committee for institutional affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area, Sakonnakorn 3. Overall in a moderately level and when considering each side found all aspects are moderate. Sort by average to least include  1)  the Atmosphere and Environment’s learning,  2)  the policy formulation and development guidelines for quality education, and 3) the use of Technology for education.
                                          The results of analysis of problematic data of participation in academic roles of the basic school committee  for institutional affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area, Sakonnakorn  3, overall in a very high level and when considering each side found the average is at the highest level. There are  2 aspects. Sort by average to least include 1) the development of the curriculum, and 2)  the quality assurance within the institution and the average level is very high There are  3  aspects Sort by average to least include 1)  the use of Technology for education, 2)  the Educational Development Supervision, and 3)  the quality assurance within the institution.
                         3)  Development of participation approaches bases on academic roles for the school affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area, Sakonnakorn  3. The guidelines consists of 1) the development of the curriculum, There are 5 step and 18 items. 2) the Atmosphere and Environment’s learning, There are 5 step and 16 items. 3) the policy formulation and development guidelines for quality education, There are 5 step and 17 items.  4)  the quality assurance within the institution, There are 5 step and 19 items. 5)  the Educational Development Supervision, There are 5 step and 18 items.  6) the use of Technology for education, there are 5 step and 17 items. The results of appropriate and feasible assessment of guidelines to development of participation approaches bases on academic roles for the school affairs under the office of the Primary Education Service Area, Sakonnakorn  3 found that the guideline generally is in the highest level when considering each side found the suitability and feasibility of all aspects are at the highest level all aspects.
