การพัฒนากิจกรรมสำหรับเยาวชนเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ: กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมบ้านดุ เมืองบัวละพา แขวงคำม่วน สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว 

                A DEVELOPMENTOF ACTIVITIESFOR THE YOUTH IN CONSERVATION THE HINNAMNOR NATIONAL FOREST RESERVE: A CASE STUDY IN BAN DOU SECONDARY SCHOOL, BUALAPA DISTRICT, KHAMMOUANE PROVINCE, LAO PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนากิจกรรมสำหรับเยาวชนเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ2) พัฒนากิจกรรมสำหรับเยาวชนเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อและ 3) ทดลองใช้กิจกรรมสำหรับเยาวชนเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการทดลองใช้กิจกรรมเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-4 โรงเรียนมัธยมบ้านดุ เมืองบัวละพาแขวงคำม่วน สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว จำนวน 35 คน ซึ่งเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่
ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

            ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้

                 1. สภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาในการพัฒนากิจกรรมสำหรับเยาวชนเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหนามหน่อพบว่า โรงเรียนมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนเฉพาะเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมในรายวิชาวิชาภูมิศาสตร์เท่านั้น ส่วนกิจกรรมมีเฉพาะการรณรงค์การปลูกต้นไม้ประจำชาติไม่มีหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อทำให้นักเรียนขาดความรู้ และจิตสำนึกในการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ รวมถึงขาดความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องขาดครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับความรู้ในการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ และการพัฒนากิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อก็ยังมีน้อย ส่วนกิจกรรมที่ต้องการจัดสำหรับนักเรียน ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการปลูกป่า กิจกรรมการปลูกจิตสำนึก กิจกรรมการเดินป่าเชิงอนุรักษ์และกิจกรรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ

2. ผลของการพัฒนากิจกรรมสำหรับเยาวชนเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ ประกอบด้วย 4 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ 1) กิจกรรมการปลูกป่า 2) กิจกรรมการปลูกจิตสำนึก 3) กิจกรรมการเดินป่าเชิงอนุรักษ์ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ และ 4) กิจกรรมให้ความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับของป่าสงวนแห่งชาติหินหนามหน่อ 

3. ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมพบว่า นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

            The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate the current state, problems and needs in developing activities for the youth in order to conserve the Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve, 2) to develop activities for the youth, and 3) to implement the developed activities for the youth. A target group for the implementation of the strategy as selected by purposive sampling was 35 secondary students of grades 1-4 at Ban Dou Secondary School, Bualapha district, Khammouane province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The instruments used in data collection were a structured interview guide and a rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The findings were as follows.

                 1. The current state and problems in developing activities for the youth in order to conserve the Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve revealed the following. Concerning the environment, the school offered it in teaching merely on the geography course. The only activity available was a campaign to grow the national tree. A curriculum for instruction of the conservation of Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve was not provided. That is why students lacked knowledge and public mind of conserving the Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve and lacked knowledge about the concerned rules and regulations. As for the teachers, their knowledge about conserving and developing the instructional activities concerning the conservation of the Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve was quite a little.  The activities that should be provided to students were activities of reforestation, public mind cultivation, travelling through a forest for conservation and giving knowledge of rules and regulations concerning the conservation of Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve.

2. The results of developing the activities for the youth in order to conserve the Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve comprised 4 activities: 1) reforestation, 2) public mind cultivation, 3) travelling through the forest for conservation, and 4) providing knowledge of rules and regulations concerning the conservation of Hinnamnor National Forest Reserve.

3. The result of assessing students’ satisfaction of the activities showed that they were satisfied with all the activities at high level.
