ประสิทธิผลการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมของเทศบาลตำบลท่าเรือ อำเภอนาหว้า จังหวัดนครพนม

บทคัดย่อ

ABSTRACT

            The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate a degree of the social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality, Nawa district, Nakhon Phanom province, 2) to compare the social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality, Nawa district, Nakhon Phanom province based on personal background, and 3) to find a way to the development of social welfare providing effectiveness of the  Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality, Nawa district, Nakhon Phanom province. A sample used in study was 375 people who resided in the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality area. The sample size was derived from using the Taro Yamane’s formula for calculation. The instrument used in data collection was a rating scale questionnaire which had a coefficient of entire reliability equal to .91. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test, one-way ANOVA.

                The findings disclosed as follows:

1. The social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality, Nawa district, Nakhon Phanom province as a whole was at high level. As each aspect was considered, the aspect that gained the highest mean score was of ‘general social services’. which was at high level, followed by the aspect of ‘health and sanitation which was at high level. The aspect that gained the lowest mean score was of ‘residence’ which was at high level.
2. The comparison of social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality, Nawa district, Nakhon Phanom province can be concluded as follows:

                           2.1 As classified by personal backgrounds of sex, age, educational attainment and length of time living in the community, it was found that the social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality as a whole was not different. Considering it by aspect, three aspects were found significantly different at the .05 level, namely ‘employment’, ‘income protection’, and ‘residence’.

                           2.2 As classified by personal background of status and occupation, it was found that the social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality as a whole and each aspect was significantly different at the .05 level.

                           2.3 As classified by personal background of income per month and residential, it was found that the social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality as a whole and each aspect was significantly different at the .01 level.

The social welfare providing effectiveness of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality, Nawa district, Nakhon Phanom province which should  be brought to find a way to the development of the Tha Ruea Sub-district Municipality’s social welfare provision which comprises 4 aspects: 1) education, 2) residence,
   3) employment, and 4) income protection.
