SCIVAL ANALYSIS RESEARCH PERFORMANCE AND COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS BY SCIVAL

บทคัดย่อ

     การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สมรรถนะการวิจัย (Research Performance) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม  ศึกษาข้อมูลย้อนหลัง 5 ปี (2010-2014) และวิเคราะห์เครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยสิ่งแวดล้อมกับองค์กรอื่นทั้งในและต่างประเทศ  ผ่านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Scival  ของ Elsevier’s ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์การปฏิบัติการวิจัย (Research Performance)โดยดำเนินการรวบรวมรายชื่อคณาจารย์และนักวิจัยของคณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์  จากข้อมูลปี 2010-2014 จำนวน 62 คนและนำรายชื่อทั้งหมดใส่ลงในโปรแกรม Scival เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลสมรรถนะการวิจัย

     ผลการศึกษา พบว่า องค์กรควรเร่งหาแนวทางในการสนับสนุนการตีพิมพ์บทความ  มีกลุ่มงานวิจัยโดดเด่นขององค์กร 9 กลุ่ม คือ 1) Agricultural and Biological Sciences 2) Medicine 3) Engineering 4) Energy 5) Business, Management and Accounting 6) Chemical Engineering 7) Chemistry 8) Materials Science  และ 9) Psychology เป็นกลุ่มสาขาการวิจัยที่มีการตีพิมพ์ผลงานแล้วมีผู้สนใจในวงกว้าง  อีกทั้งมีกลุ่มวิจัย 3 กลุ่มเรื่องที่นักวิจัยในองค์กรให้ความสนใจ/ความถนัดในการเผยแพร่ผลงานคือ 1)Environmental Science 2) Agricultural and Biological Sciences และ 3) Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics ควรเร่งพัฒนากลุ่มเรื่องวิจัยดังกล่าวโดยจัดตั้งเป็นกลุ่มภารกิจวิจัย (Research Clusters) เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็ง และสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในกลุ่มอาจารย์วิจัย ก่อเป็นความร่วมมือ (Collaboration) ภายในองค์กร  นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในต่างองค์กรทั้งในระดับชาติ และ นานาชาติ (สัดส่วนการอ้างอิง 0.54 และ 0.77ตามลำดับ) จะทำให้สัดส่วนการอ้างอิงมากกว่าความร่วมมือภายในองค์กร การศึกษาข้อมูลผลงานวิจัยโดยใช้โปรแกรม Scival สามารถนำผลที่ได้ไปใช้ในการกำหนดเป้าหมายและทิศทางการวิจัย เพื่อนำไปสู่ความเป็นเลิศในด้านที่เหมาะสมกับศักยภาพขององค์กรในอนาคต

ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the performance of research (Research Performance) environment. Study the past 5 years (2010-2014) and analysis of environmental research collaboration with other organizations, both at home and abroad. Through the program Scival of Elsevier's, which is a program used to analyze the research (Research Performance) conducted by faculty and researchers compiled a list of the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies from the years 2010-2014 were 62 people and may bring. all names put into a program to analyze the performance Scival research.
