ปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม จังหวัดสกลนคร

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate the level of administration factors of community enterprises, 2) to explore the level of operational outcomes of community enterprises, 3) to examine the influences of administration factors on the operational outcomes of community enterprises, and 4) to establish guidelines for developing community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District Sakon Nakhon Province. Obtained through stratified and simple random sampling techniques, the samples consisted of 348 members of the community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The instrument employed for data collection was a set of questionnaires. Statistics for data analysis were composed of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that 1) The administration factors of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District Sakon Nakhon Province were overall at a high level, with the marketing administration ranking the highest mean, followed by community enterprises’ directions, and the administration of community enterprises; 2) The operational outcomes of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District were at a high level, with the qualities of the products and services ranking at the highest mean, followed by the efficiency based on the functions of community enterprises, and the operational efficiency;
3) The said factors influencing the operational outcomes of community enterprises were at a .00 level of significance, including community enterprises’ directions (β = .375), knowledge and information management (β = .300), and marketing management (β = .139). The factors influencing the operational outcomes of community enterprises were at a .01 level of significance with a prediction coefficient of .743, including the product and service management process (β = .148), and the member management of community enterprises (β = .103). The said variables were able to predict the operational outcomes of community enterprises by 74.30%. However, the planning of community enterprises did not influence the operational outcomes of community enterprises; and 4) The guidelines for developing administration factors of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District that needed improvement comprised: the member management of community enterprises and the product and service management process. In terms of developing operational outcomes of the community enterprises, the operational efficiency, and community enterprises should be upgraded.
