ปัจจัยในการปฏิบัติงานที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากร คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to examine operational factors affecting participation in education quality assurance of personnel from Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting at Sisaket Rajabhat University, and 2) compare the participation in education quality assurance classified by personal factors, including gender, age, income, marital status, job type, educational level, and duration of service. The sample of 35 including teachers and staff at the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting at Sisaket Rajabhat University. The research instrument included a set of questionnaires. A statistical software program was employed for data analysis. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis testing by t (t-test), One-Way ANOVA, and Multi Regression Analysis by using technical stepwise.

            The findings were as follows:

1. The levels of operational factors affecting participation of education quality assurance of personnel, as a whole were at a high level ( = 3.91). The mean scores were ranked in descending order as follows: Attitude ( = 4.14), motivation ( = 3.90), and organizational climate ( = 3.70), respectively.


2. The levels of participation in education quality assurance of personnel, as a whole were at a high level ( = 3.75). The mean scores were ranked in descending order as follows: Operations ( = 3.81), Inspection ( = 3.77), Revision ( = 3.74), and Planning ( = 3.68), respectively.


3. The correlation analysis of operational factors affecting participation in education quality assurance found that independent variables from each aspect were correlated. When considering the correlation coefficients among the independent variables in performing individual aspect, the independent variables correlated with the dependent variables-participation in educational quality assurance- as a whole at the .01 level of significance with the relationship ranging from 0.544 to 0.978.


4. The regression analysis of participation in quality assurance of personnel found that work factor in terms of motivation factor (QA2) showed positively correlated with participation in education quality assurance. at the .01 level of significance.
