The purposes of this study were to (1) Study the participation in educational quality assessment of the Bachelor of education program. 2) Verify the consistency of the causal model developed with empirical data. 3) Analysis of direct effects, indirect effects and total effects of factors affecting the participation in the operation of educational quality assessment in the bachelor of education program. The samples were the lecturers of the bachelor of education program. A total of 361 samples were sampled by multi-stage random sampling. Data collected by a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using basic statistics: mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), Pearson product - movement correlation coefficient, Analysis of structural equation model (SEM) with Program AMOS.
The results showed
1) Participation in the implementation of participation in educational quality assessment of the bachelor of education program was at a high level.
2) Causal model of factors affecting participation in the implementation of the participation in educational quality assessment of the bachelor of education program be consistent with the empirical data.
3.. Organizational factors have direct effects on personal factors and participation in the operation of quality assessment in education curriculum. The size of the effects were .82 and .325, respectively. And indirect effects through personal factors variables. The effects factor was .514 with the total effects of .839. Direct effects on the participation in the operation of the quality assessment program for the bachelor of education program. The size of the influence is .583.
