ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารกับความมีประสิทธิผล

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย 2) ระดับความมีประสิทธิผลของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารกับความมีประสิทธิผลของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิยึดตามวิทยาเขตของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่มีสัญญาการจ้างและได้รับเงินค่าตอบแทนรายเดือน จำนวน 260 รูป/คน แล้วทำการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเพื่อระบุตัวผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) แบบมาตรวัด 5 ระดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ ด้านการเผยแพร่วิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์


2. ประสิทธิผลของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ด้านคุณภาพบัณฑิต ด้านบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม และด้านงานวิจัยสร้างสรรค์


3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารกับความมีประสิทธิผลของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย     มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 เมื่อพิจารณาตัวแปรที่มีค่าสัมพันธ์ในแต่ละด้านของภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหาร ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์สูงสุด คือ การเผยแพร่วิสัยทัศน์ (X₃) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย (Y) ในระดับสูง

 Abstract

   The purposes of this research were to study 1) Visionary Leadership of Administrators of the Mahamakut Buddhist University, 2) the effectiveness of the Mahamakut Buddhist University, and 3) the relationship between Visionary Leadership of Administrators and the effectiveness of the Mahamakut Buddhist University. The samples used in the study were 260 personel of Mahamakut Buddhist University consisted of  lecturer and suppor staff who contracted with Mahamakut Buddhist University. The data were collected by a set of 5 rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.96. Statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product – Moment Correlation Coeffient.

               The results of the study were as follows :-

1. The visionary leadership of Administrators of the Mahamakut Buddhist University, both each aspect and overall were at a high level. The sequence were as follows: the vision articulation, the vision implementing, and the vision formulating.


2. The effectiveness of Mahamakut Buddhist University both each aspect and overall were at a high level. The sequence was  as follows: preservation of art and culture, quality of the graduates, service to the society, and Research and Innovation.


3. The relationship between visionary leadership of the management and effectiveness of the Mahamakut Buddhist University was high-level at statistically significant level 0.01. The highest relative value for effectiveness of the Mahamakut Buddhist University was the vision articulation.
