บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน จากกลุ่มแปรรูปแป้งจากข้าวหอมมะลิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ และสนทนาจากประธานของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย จากการกำหนดตัวชี้วัดโดยใช้แนวคิดทางการบริหารสมัยใหม่(Balanced Scorecard) อันประกอบด้วย ด้านการบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กร ด้านการเรียนรู้และพัฒนา ด้านการเงิน และด้านลูกค้า จากที่กล่าวมา คือส่วนผสมหลักที่วิสาหกิจชุมชนจะต้องควบคุมให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ผ่านการทำงานที่ต่อเนื่อง โดยจะต้องทำการประเมินผลการทำงานขององค์กรตามตัวชี้วัดทั้ง 4 มิติ ซึ่งการพัฒนาจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องดำเนินการหรือทำทั้งหมดให้ดีและเกิดประสิทธิภาพ จะต้องไม่ละทิ้งด้านใด และจะเกิดการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในที่สุด

 ABSTRACT

          The objective of this research guideline for the development of the community enterprise. Approach to sustainable development from processing flour group with jasmine rice Roiet province. By using the information in the study consists of the interviews and conversations from the leader of the target group. According to the determined indicators by using the concepts of modern management (Balanced Scorecard), It contains the organization of management, learning and development, financial and customers. As mentioned to the main ingredient that the community enterprise must control them effectively and through continuous work. By he need to evaluate the performance of the enterprise according to all indicators, 4 dimensions. Which the development is absoluteiy essential to perform or do it all so well and efficiency.
