ความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราชเขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1)  เพื่อศึกษาความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ 2)  เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราชเขต 2 จำแนกตาม ประสบการณ์การทำงาน เงินเดือน วิทยฐานะ สถานภาพครอบครัว และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นครูผู้สอน จำนวน 274 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 โดยรวมมีความสุขอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความพึงพอใจในชีวิต มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านอารมณ์ทางบวก และด้านความพึงพอใจในงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด


2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน เงินเดือน วิทยฐานะ สถานภาพครอบครัว และขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า เมื่อจำแนกตามเงินเดือน โดยรวมมีความสุขไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านก็พบว่า ด้านความพึงพอใจในชีวิตด้านเดียวที่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนประสบการณ์การทำงาน   วิทยฐานะ สถานภาพครอบครัว และขนาดโรงเรียน มีระดับความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน

            This research had the objectives to: 1) study the happiness of teachers at work; and 2) compare the differences in the level of happiness of teachers at the opportunity expansion schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, categorized according to the level of work experience, salary, academic standing, family status, and size of the school. The sample employed in this research comprised of 274 teachers and the data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistics used in the analysis of data include percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe’s method.

                The results of the study indicated that:

1. The overall happiness of teachers at the opportunity expansion schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. When considering in terms of each different aspect, it was evident that the aspect of life satisfaction had the highest average, which was followed by the aspect of positive emotions. Meanwhile, the aspect of job satisfaction had the lowest average.


2. Upon the comparison of the happiness of teachers at the opportunity expansion schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, categorized according to the level of work experience, salary, academic standing, family status, and size of school, the results indicated that salary had no significant difference on the overall level of happiness of teachers. When considering each aspect separately, it was found that the aspect of life satisfaction had a significant difference at the significance level of 0.05. Alternatively, the aspects of work experience, academic standing, family status, and size of school had no significant difference on the level of happiness of teachers at work.
