Abstract
The Purpose of this research were to 1) to study the condition and problems 2) to construct a model 3) to examine the model. The research sample consisted of Personnel in schools and establishments. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, mean, and standard deviation. The tool used was the interview questionnaire and evaluation form. Research Results :
The format of The Management of Planning Model of Dual Vocational Training consists of 5 factors : 1) Principle include cooperation , curriculums, teaching management , professional Training , measurement and the Assessment. 2) The objective was to plan the management of vocational education bilateral system based on principles of dual Vocational training. 3) The structure of operation procedure consists of working system, duties, responsibility of students , parent s, teachers. 4) The operation methods consist of cooperative system, Assessment , teaching training and the evaluation of study. 5) The indicator to achievement successful of The management of Planning model of Dual Vocational Training consist of policy , students , teacher , parents and the academy staffs . The result of estimating the evaluation the characteristic model and the result of qualitative model assessment base on the opinion of 15 expert qualified person for consideration for this research are correct and cover all standard level. The evaluation of over all of the propriety standard , feasibility and utility standard are in the high level.
