การพัฒนาสมรรถภาพครูในการสร้างสื่อการสอนเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของครูในสถานศึกษาชั้นพื้นฐาน จ.นครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการ ในการสร้างสื่อการสอนเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จ. นครปฐม 2. พัฒนาสมรรถภาพในการสร้างสื่อการสอน 3. ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาครูในการสร้างสื่อการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในระดับประถมศึกษาและโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 35 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบประเมินทักษะและแบบวัดเจตคติต่อการสร้างสื่อการสอนของครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบที สำหรับข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สื่อที่นิยมใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน คือ สื่อยกระดับ 3 มิติ สื่อประเภทสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อประเภทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และสื่อประเภทบุคคล ส่วนสภาพปัญหา พบว่าครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษามีปัญหาด้านการเลือก การเตรียม และการ ประเมินผลการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน 2. สมรรถภาพในการสร้างสื่อการสอนของครูภายหลังการเข้ารับการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพ พบว่า ความรู้ในการสร้างสื่อการสอนหลังสูงกว่าก่อนการเข้ารับการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพ ส่วนทักษะการสร้างสื่อการสอนหลังการเข้ารับการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดและครูผู้สอนมิเจตคติทางบวกต่อการสร้างสื่อและการใช้สื่อในการจัดการเรียนการสอน 3. แนวทางในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพครูในการสร้างสื่อการสอน พบว่า ควรมีการพัฒนาครูโดยใช้กระบวนการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ อย่างสมํ่าเสมอและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการกำหนดนโยบายในการส่งเสริมครูให้สร้างสื่อการสอนด้วยตนเอง

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study status of problems and needs in construction of teaching media to promote desirable characteristics under the basic education core curriculum among the elementary teachers in Nakhon Pathom Province, 2) to develop the teachers’ competencies in construction of teaching media, and 3) to study training framework concerning construction of teaching media for teachers, Samples were 35 elementary school teachers from 15 schools in Nakhon Pathom Province derived by simple random sampling technique. Instruments used to collect data were: 1) academic test, 2) evaluation form to evaluate teachers’ competencies in construction of teaching media, and 3) attitude scale toward media construction. Data were analyzed for mean, standard deviation and t-test. The data obtained from interviews were analyzed by content analysis.

The results found that: 1. The teacher’ favorite media were Pop-up, printed media, electronic media were Pop-up, printed media, electronic media and person media, Teacher’s status of problem concerning construction of teaching media were: selection of appropriate teaching media, preparation of teaching media, accessibility of teaching media and media application. 2. Teachers’ teaching media construction competences and skills after participation in service training workshop were higher than that of before. Teachers’ attitude toward media construction level and using media were positive. Future perspective in developing teachers’ competences in construction of teaching media were due to the means of regular in service training and that school administrator should emphasized on policy planning to enhance construction of teaching media among the teachers, especially media that promote students’ desirable characteristics.
