Development of the Administration of the Student Care Support System in the New Normal Era of the Schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1) to study the conditions of the administration of the student care support system in the New Normal Era, 2) to compare the opinions of the school administrators and the teachers towards the administration of the student care support system in the New Normal Era classified by positions, education levels, working experiences, and school sizes, and 3) to study guidelines for developing the administration of the student care support system in the New Normal Era of the schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were 331 participants: school administrators and teachers. The research instruments were a questionnaire and a structural interview form. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and a pairwise comparison test by using a Scheffé's method.

              The research findings were as follows.

1. The conditions of the administration of the student care support system in the New Normal Era of the schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the overall were at a high level.
2. According to the comparison of the administration of the student care support system in the New Normal Era of the schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by positions, education levels, working experiences in the overall, the administration was not different while the administration of the student care support system classified by school sizes in the overall was different with the statistical significance at the level of .01.
3. The guidelines for developing the student care support system in the New Normal Era of the schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were that in the

 student selection, the schools should store information data systematically and use technology to help select the students, in the student promotion and development, the schools should create the web pages for the student care support system, and in the transferring, the schools should follow the results of the students’ transferring inside and outside schools consecutively.
