Relationship between the Morality of the Executives and the Performance Quality of the Teachers Taking Care of the Children in the Children Development Centers under the Local Administrative Organizations in Surin Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) morality levels of the executives of the children development centers, 2) levels of the performance quality of the teachers taking care of the children in children development centers, and 3) relationship between the morality of the executives and the performance quality of the teachers taking care of the children in the children development centers under the local administrative organizations in Surin Province. The samples used in this research were 49 directors from Division of Education, Religion, and Culture and 220 teachers in the children development centers under the local administrative organizations in Surin Province in the academic year 2020. The research instrument used in this research was a five-rating scale questionnaire asking for the opinions. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.

        The research findings were found as follows.

1. The morality of the executives of the children development centers under the local administrative organizations in Surin Province in the overall and each aspect was at a high level.
2. The quality of the performance of the teachers taking care of the children in the children development centers under the local administrative organizations in Surin Province in the overall and each aspect was at a high level.  
3. The relationship between the morality of the executives and the performance quality of the teachers taking care of the children in the children development centers under the local administrative organizations in Surin Province in the overall was at a high level with the statistical significance at the level of 0.01.
