Effectiveness of the Packages of the Learning Documents on the Main Duties of the Thai Citizens to Enhance Learning Achievement for the 10th Grade Students in Social Studies, Religions, and Cultures at Protpittayapayat School

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were: 1) to compared the findings of the learning achievements between the students studying the packages of the learning documents on the main duties of the Thai citizens and the students studying the main duties of the Thai citizens in the normal form and 2) to study the students’ satisfaction towards the packages of the learning documents on the main duties of the Thai citizens. The samples, randomized by cluster random sampling, were 76 students studying in the 10^th grade at Protpittayapayat School in the first semester, the academic year of 2018 from 2 classrooms. The research instruments were the packages of the learning documents on the main duties of the Thai citizens, a learning achievement test, and a questionnaire asking for the students’ satisfaction toward the packages of the learning documents on the main duties of the Thai citizens. The statistics were mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

          The research findings were found as follows.

1. The mean score of the 10^th grade students at Protpittayapayat School learning the packages of the learning documents on the main duties of the Thai citizens was higher than the mean score of the students learning the main duties of the Thai citizens in the normal form with the statistical significance at the level of .05.
2. The satisfaction of the 10^th grade students at Protpittayapayat School towards the packages of the learning documents on the main duties of the Thai citizens was at a high level (=4.30, S =.64).
