Abstract

Abstract

            The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the website of the educational technology services in Faculty of Science at Sriracha, Kasetsart University and 2) to study the satisfaction of the users on the website of the educational technology services, Faculty of Science at Sriracha, Kasetsart University. The populations were 157 personnel of Faculty of Science at Sriracha, Kasetsart University. They were divided into 2 groups: 75 populations surveyed for the website development needs and 82 populations evaluating for the satisfaction in developing the website. The research instruments were questionnaires asking for the website development needs and the website for the educational technology services, an evaluation form for the website quality, and an evaluation form for the users’ satisfaction. The statistics were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The research findings were as follows.

  1. The developed website for the educational technology services consisted of 6 components: a home page, the room reservation system, the repair notification system, the equipment borrowing system, the document download system, and a contact page.
  2. The satisfaction of the users towards the website of the educational technology services was at a high level
