The Development of Training Model with an Integrated Cloud Computing Technology to Enhance Information and Communication Technology Literacy Skills of Teacher in the Lower Northeastern of Thailand

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop training model with an integrated cloud computing to enhance information and communication technology literacy skills of teacher in the lower northeastern of Thailand. The sample used to evaluate the training model was the 5 experts. The proposed model was tried out by 71 teachers in lower northeastern region. The research instruments were 1) training model of an integrated cloud computing to enhance ICT literacy skills 2) ICT literacy skills evaluation form 3) teacher opinion questionnaire about training model. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation

The results indicated that

1. The training model of an integrated cloud computing consists of 5 training components and 3 development steps. The 5 training components were 1) the goal of the training, 2) the course of training with the integration of cloud computing technology, 3) the role of the teacher to integrate the cloud technology in the school, 4) success factors for training and, 5) training results. The 3 development steps were 1) preparation of training and creation of success factors step, 2) training step and, 3) evaluate the training step.
2. The evaluation results revealed that the training model with the integration of cloud computing technology to enhance teachers' ICT literacy skills were very appropriate.
