Abstract

Cost analysis and Finance Return of Oyster Mushroom Farm in Ubon Ratchathani Province. In this research objective to study cost and return of Oyster mushroom farm, the amount of 20,000 piece. These data then be collected using in deep interview 3 agriculturists in Ubon Ratchathani provience. Studying academic references and related research were included to get information about production cost and revenue and then analyzing by the payback period method, net present value method, and internal rate of return method. The result show that the total cost of this investment was 453,427 baht and the total revenue was 1,321,600 baht. The payback period was 1 year, 9 months and 2 days. The net present value was 391,492.40 baht and the internal rate of return was 51.00%, showing that this project could be accepted.
