A Development of an Information System for Student Competency Assessment, Faculty of Computer Science, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University

This study aimed to develop a student competency assessment system in which students could monitor and evaluate their competencies as specified in the course of study by themselves. The system was developed by using the Python as a programming language and using the PostgreSQL as a database management system. The evaluation of the system performance by 40 students as the users indicated that the average score equal to 4.27 from 5 and standard deviations was 0.52. This could be concluded that the developed system had a good level of performance.
